Brief
Most restaurant sites hide the menu behind a PDF. Carlo's needed the opposite: menu, hours, and booking, in that order.
Approach
The menu as real text, not a PDF, with a layout that works one-handed on a phone.
Outcome
Menu, hours, and booking, all within one scroll on mobile.
