Brief
Good food photography deserves a site that doesn't get in its way. Carlo's Gourmet needed a store that showed the products well and made ordering simple.
Approach
A custom Shopify theme with large product photos and a short checkout. Local delivery and pickup handled natively without extra apps, plus a few email flows to bring people back.

Fast, easy to order from, and simple for the team to update.
